Anurag has more than 32 years of corporate experience & has worked with organizations like Kyndryl, IBM, Ericsson & Apollo Tyres. His last corporate role was as a Global HR Leader with Kyndryl before he plunged into entrepreneurship in December '22.

Anurag has been a transformative & inspirational leader & has led teams in various capacities. He has deep experience in areas of Organizational Design, Restructuring, Change Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Transition & outsourcing among others.

Currently, he is busy building the World 1st Integrated & Comprehensive Fair Stakeholder Experiences Platform- FayrEdge ( www.fayredge.com ) as Co-Founder & CEO. The possibility of making a wider & greater impact on society motivated him to kick off this entrepreneurial journey. He operates from Bangalore / Pune.
