Dr. S Govardhan Rao

Dr. S Govardhan Rao is the Ex-Registrar of the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Warangal from 24th May 2018 to 23rd May 2023. Before that, he was the senior-most Officer of the Administrative Cadre of the Department of Atomic Energy holding the positions different positions, which include Head, Personnel Division, Director (P & A) and Dy. Chief Executive in the Units of the Department like Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad and Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam.

He has varied qualifications, which include a PhD in Management from Pondicherry Central University, a Master of Business Laws from National Law School, Bangalore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR, and a Post-Graduation in Public Policy & Management from IIM, Bangalore. As a part of this Course, he has studied one term on International Public Policy at Syracuse University, New York.
