Poornima Batish is a passionate industry thought leader with 25+ years of deep expertise across corporates and entrepreneurship. Her core work has been in the areas of Human Resources, Consulting, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Gender Equitable workplaces. She has extensive experience with corporates like Godrej Consumer, Airtel, and IBM India and her last corporate role was as Global Vice President – Talent Management, at Microland.

She started her consulting and startup journey in 2015 with a focus on HR & Inclusion. She is a leadership facilitator and has worked with C-Suite leaders, managers, employees and women professionals to build equitable, inclusive & diverse workplaces.
